ZORK closures are high quality products designed for premium wines and spirits.

General specifications for all closures include:
•  Colors - Stock and custom colors available
•  Printing - Custom top printing available
•  Glass  - Industry standard bottles
•  Application  - Standard equipment with low-cost
    change parts
•  Sensory - Will not taint or scalp wine
•  Thermal - Will not leak after 8 hrs at 40ºC
•  Stacking - Up to four pallets high (60kg/bottle)
•  Storage  - Bottles can be stored at any orientation at
    15-20ºC
•  Materials  - FDA & EEC food grade approved
•  Recycling - 100% recyclable

Specifications for the STL closure for still wines include:
•  Pressure  - Maximum bottle pressure of 150kPa  
•  OTR - 0.011 cc/day in 100% 0₂/0.002 cc/day in air
•  Carton - 4mm increase in height required
•  Hood - Not required

Specifications for the SPK closure for sparkling wine
include:
•  Pressure - Maximum bottle pressure of 800kPa
•  OTR - 0.05 cc/day in 100% 0₂/0.01 cc/day in air
•  CO₂ Retention  - 80% after two years
•  Carton - No changes required
•  Hood - No changes required
